CTC is a grass roots coop that was established in 1950 and began offering service in 1952. CTC started out by delivering phone service to the rural Brainerd Lakes Area. Today CTC still serves those members, but now offers state-of-the-art services such as High Speed Internet, Digital TV, and Home Monitoring over our Fiber Optic Network. Our service area continues to grow across the State of Minnesota and we actively look forward to new technology and expansion.
CTC has an immediate opening for a Supervisor, Service Assurance Technicians. This position is responsible for managing the daily operation of CTC’s Service Assurance Technicians. Provides Member Service Technicians with daily work schedules and prepares and dispatches work schedules for Member Service Technicians according to service orders and trouble calls. Ensures that all repairs and related services have been completed. This position is also responsible for leading this team to successfully accomplishing the goals of the Cooperative. This position will work closely with all CTC staff to ensure ultimate member satisfaction. Promotes a positive image of CTC to customers and employees through excellent services. Manages the development and support of staff as well as the supporting policies, processes, and procedures. Ensures the department is fully staffed and trained and works with the after-hours support vendor to provide 7x 24 coverage.
