Lake Connections has an immediate opening for an Installation and Repair Technician. Lake Connections is a telecom company managed by CTC and is located in Two Harbors, MN.

 

The responsibilities of the Installation and Repair Technician are to provide high quality, effective and efficient service and support to the customers of Lake Connections during the installation and repair process.  The Installation and Repair Service Technician will have the ability to install all voice, internet and video products offered by Lake Connections as well as perform trouble-shooting and repair of the customer services on site.  The Installation and Repair Technician will also perform on-call duties.

 

Our ideal candidate will have an A.A. or technical certificate in telecommunications and/or the equivalent in experience and must possess a Power Limited Technician license.  Requires knowledge of network protocols and voice services within a fiber plant.  Aerial experience preferred.   Must demonstrate the ability to resolve complex customer issues and troubleshoot at a high level.
